Premier Plan
Agents receive split that equals 90% of their Gross Commission Income (the GCI)*. Any referral fees will be deducted before GCI!
Premier Pro Plan
Any agent that closes 20 total deals or more in a calendar year will be upgraded to Premier Team Pro Plan the following year that pays 95% of their GCI.
Independent Plan
Agents receive a split that equals 100% of their GCI. Any fees, referral charges, penalties, or loan repayments will be deducted from the commission at closing.

*If a Premier Team agent has been licensed for less than 1 year OR has closed less than 10 total deals since starting real estate, the first 4 closings will be 70%. Agents on the Standard Commission Plan will be required to use the services of Company’s dedicated transaction coordinator for the first full year of operation. After the first full year of operation, agents shall have the option, but shall not be required to use our transaction coordinator.
Premier Pro Plan
Any agent that closes 20 total deals or more in a calendar year will be upgraded to Premier Team Pro Plan the following year that pays 95% of their GCI. Zillow referral fees will be deducted before GCI! Agents remain on Premier Team Pro Plan in the future regardless of production amount!

Monthly Dues for Premier Team are $175 and include Dotloop Premium, WorkVivo, FollowUp Boss, E&O insurance coverage, and Georgia MLS/FMLS Access.
Independent Plan
Agents receive a split that equals 100% of their GCI. Any fees, referral charges, penalties, or loan repayments will be deducted from the commission at closing.

Net Payment to Independent Contractor = $11,520

Net Payment to Independent Contractor = $8,520
To qualify for Independent Plan, Independent Contractor must meet the following criteria:
- Practiced real estate in Georgia for at least 3 years
- Closed a cumulative total of at least 100 deals
- Proficient in dotloop
- Ability to practice real estate independently
Monthly Dues for Independent Plan are $350 and include Dotloop Premium, WorkVivo, E&O insurance coverage, and Georgia MLS/FMLS Access.
Additional Commission Elements
Commission Cap – All Premier Agents have an annual Split cap of $15,000. Once an agent has contributed a cumulative $15,000 via Split, all GCI will be paid at 100% for the remainder of that calendar year!
Mentorship – Agents that qualify for Premier Pro Plan or Independent Plan are eligible to provide formal mentoring services to other agents. Mentoring is voluntary for all Mentors and Mentees and must be mutually agreed by both agents. Mentors mentees can agree to share any percentage of GCI for all contracts bound during term in which mentoring service is rendered!
Refer a Friend BONUS! – Any agent that refers somebody that joins Dwelli as an agent shall receive a referral bonus paid out as follows:
